  • You'll find workshops, guided tours, nature interpretation programs and many outdoor activities in Gatineau Park. There are plenty of activities for children as well: shows, crafts and exciting games will help them enjoy the season with all its marvelous colours.
  • Neighbouring municipalities will celebrate autumn with arts and crafts exhibits and activities for the whole family.

Throughout the ByWard Market area Celebrate the holiday season with some old-fashioned Christmas carolling in the ByWard Market! Free horse-drawn wagon rides will chauffeur you and other carollers through the historic streets of Ottawa's oldest and most vibrant neighbourhood. These short tours are available on both the Saturday and Sunday on the two weekends before Christmas, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. leaving from the Moulin de Provence at 55 ByWard Market Square. Festive red and green capes will keep you warm and song sheets will be provided.
